GAMES, BOOKS, MOVIES & SHOWS:
Marty Supreme

Marty Supreme is a 2025 American sports comedy-drama film directed by Josh Safdie, who co-wrote it with Ronald Bronstein. Set in the 1950s, it stars Timothée Chalamet as table tennis player Marty Mauser (loosely based on Marty Reisman) and follows his quest to become world champion. Gwyneth Paltrow, Odessa A'zion, Kevin O'Leary, Tyler Okonma, Abel Ferrara, and Fran Drescher appear in supporting roles.

You'll need a deck of cards and some spare spoons (enough to match the number of players minus one) for this one. Everyone will sit in a circle with the spoons in the middle, then each player is dealt four cards. The dealer picks a card from the deck, keeps it or passes it to the next player, and then discards a card. Players continue passing cards quickly around the circle. When a player collects four of the same cards, they grab a spoon from the center. Once a player grabs a spoon, everyone else must make a mad dash to grab one, too. The player left without a spoon is out of the game. This continues until only one player with one spoon is left standing.
