Eligibility: Adults (18+) only

Prerequisite: Completion of a Beginner L2C program or equivalent curling experience.

What to Expect

This program builds on foundational skills and introduces more advanced components of the sport, including:

• Delivery refinement for improved accuracy
• Enhanced sweeping technique and communication
• Shot-making progression (draws, hits, guards, freezes)
• Game strategy: end planning, shot selection, and positioning
• On-ice scrimmages and scenario-based learning
• Participants will receive personalized feedback and plenty of practice time to solidify their skills.

Equipment & Attire

• Clean, indoor rubber-soled shoes
• Warm, layered clothing
• Curling equipment is provided, but participants with their own brooms or sliders are encouraged to bring them.

• Graduates of the club’s Beginner Learn to Curl
• Adult curlers with basic delivery experience
• Those preparing to enter club leagues or wanting to elevate their current league play
