You are receiving this email because we made a clerical error in our online registration set-up process this year. Those members that registered and paid prior to July 1st were affected by this error.
You were not charged HST on your prize levy, which you should have been. We apologize for this error and any inconvenience it may have caused you.
The challenge for us now is our system has put accounts on hold until the balance is paid. This means that you will not be able to book practice ice or book make-up ice.
The outstanding balances are between $3.00 and $13.00 depending on how many leagues you registered for. We apologize if this has affected you in any way.
