This is a final reminder for the Special General Meeting (SGM) of the Members of The Oakville Curling Club that will be held via video conference call, on Monday, March 11th, 2024 at 7:00pm. The purpose of this meeting is to review and ratify proposed Bylaw changes required to remain compliant with recent changes to the Not-for-Profit Corporations Act, 2010 (Ontario) proclaimed on October 19, 2021. Please see the enclosed Notice and Agenda and other material; instructions on how to access all the meeting materials are detailed below.
Members must pre-register for the SGM. You may register for the zoom meeting by clicking HERE
Questions submitted by members in advance of the meeting have been attached with this email and are available on the Club site.
