OCC Mural Design Contest
The Mural Design Contest was a collaboration between the Oakville Curling Club and the Sheridan College’s Faculty of Animation, Arts and Design. The goal is to showcase the student talent within the Oakville community as part of the Club’s community mission promoting student development for the benefit of all.
Donations are still being accepted to help fund this and future programs which foster community collaborations and enrich the Club environment. If you are so inclined, please see donation instructions below.
Winner | Curling & Community | Tamsin Carne 2024
Tamsin’s Curling and Community captivated members with its originality and creativity and OCC was thrilled to recognize her exceptional contribution. Her design serves as a visual representation of the spirit and inclusivity that serve as our mission statement.
Honorary Mention | Connected Through Curling | Anna Li, 2024
In consideration of overwhelming member feedback, Anna’s Connected Through Curling was also recognized as its unique perspective and skillful execution embodied the sense of history, community, and camaraderie within the Club.
