To Members of the Oakville Curling Club,
We would like to extend our sincere appreciation to the membership, staff and board of our amazing club for the generous and spirited support of our senior nationals venture.
The congratulatory letter Ian sent along with the generous donation was both heartfelt and motivating. It was posted on the fridge at Team Middaugh's Airbnb and shared proudly with Team Harris. The money raised helped alleviate the stress of accumulated event and training costs and allowed us to concentrate on competing to the best of our abilities.
Both teams enjoyed the timely social media updates following our games and reading the messages of encouragement from the members of our club.
We carried the positive support of our home club proudly throughout the week.
