Booking – What You Need to Know!
As we gear up for another exciting curling season, here’s a reminder on how to make the most of your practice time on the ice:
Booking Guidelines
- All Members (Summer & Paid Winter) may book free practice ice up to 7 days in advance through our online portal. Click here to book Practice Ice
- Want to plan further ahead? Ice is available for rental beyond the 7-day window:
- $40 for a 30-minute booking
- $80 for a 1-hour booking

It’s been a bustling summer behind the scenes. The club has undergone several upgrades to improve your experience—from a new accessible lift to upgraded drainage and sidewalk, to a newly paved and lighted west side parking lot.

Temporary Booking Change - Sept 2-4
Due to preparations for our highly anticipated International Stu Sells Oakville Event, we ask that members refrain from booking practice ice in advance for September 2–4.
Bookings for these dates will only be accepted on the day of to accommodate event setup.
