We continue to be hopeful that our 2020/2021 curling season can be held with minimum disruption to our normal timetable. We intend to fully comply with any directives from public health or other government authorities. In preparation for the upcoming season, it is our intention to open our 2020/2021 registration in mid-June. Stay tuned for more information!
The Board of Directors has frozen the base membership fees for the upcoming season. Members who wish to participate in more than one league will pay 61.95 plus tax ($70.00) for each league beyond the first league (this applies to Anytime, Weekday, Intermediate and Student fee categories). Most members will pay the same fees as last year. Only those curlers that play in more than 3 leagues and Weekday curlers that play in more than 1 league will pay higher fees for the 2020/2021 season (note: Tue/Thu Day Women and Tue/Fri Senators count as 1 league each).
We are, of course, closely monitoring the Ontario government’s plan for reopening the province and are aware that it may not be possible to adhere to the same timetable for the 2020/2021 season as in the past. Should it become necessary to modify our plan for the 2020/2021 season, the Board of Directors will make changes as required or appropriate to the scheduling, fees, etc.
