Friday, September 27th to Sunday, September 29th, 2019


$400 per team (includes HST)


  1. All team members must be of age eligible to participate in OCA (Ontario Curling Association) U18 events
  2. Each team must have a chaperone in attendance during the entire event
  3. The registration form must be completed with a minimum of 3 confirmed players.


  • Men: 16 teams (4 pools of 4 teams) |  Women: 12 teams (4 pools of 3 teams)
  • Five 6-end games guaranteed (including 1 playoff game)
  • Men: Crossover pools |  Women: Combination crossover and within pools
  • Pools A/B (Men) & E/F (Women) begin play on Friday at 6:30pm
  • Pools C/D (Boys) & G/H (Women) begin play on Friday at 8:45pm
  • Teams ranked for semifinals (Men: 4 events | Women: 3 events)
  • 16 boys teams and 12 girls teams
    • Teams must be single gender and will only play against same gender teams
  • Coaching will be encouraged
  • Each team will have two, one-minute timeouts per game


  • We will make every effort to accommodate draw preference requests, however, selection is not guaranteed.
  • Draws and pools will be confirmed by September 13th.


  • We have once again partnered with the Ontario Junior Curling Tour (OJCT) for our event.  
  • The OJCT is making strides to continue to develop a meaningful U18 team ranking system derived from quantifiable data.  
  • We have restructured the team format (i.e. girls teams & boys teams versus open format) of our event in accordance with the new OJCT structure
  • Games will be played against teams of the same gender


  • Friday - Post game snacks
  • Saturday - Lunch and Dinner provided
  • Sunday - Lunch provided


  • Cash prizes will be awarded to the top 4 division winners


  • Refund requests received by August 31st will be issued a full refund.
  • In the case of withdrawal on, or after September 1st, if we are not able to fill the spot, the entry fee will be forfeited.
  • Cancellations must be submitted in writing by clicking here.


  • Only when both the properly completed registration form and payment has been received, will your entry be confirmed.
  • Payment required at the time of registration by credit card.  We accept Visa and Master Card. We do not accept Amex.


  • The new Rowan's Law legislation in Ontario requires that any athlete under the age of 26, coaches and parents/guardians of athletes under the age of 18 review concussion documentation prior to registering and participating in an event. Please ask your team members, coaches and parents/guardians to review the new concussion awareness guide published by the province of Ontario. The links can be found below. Our event will follow these guidelines in the case of any incident that might appear to lead to a concussion. You and your team will be required to sign a confirmation that you have reviewed the information and the OCC's Concussion Code of Conduct on your arrival at the Club.
