As you know, one of the ways we combat community transmission of the COVID-19 virus is through Contact Tracing. Many of you will have gone into a store, restaurant, gym or other establishment where they asked you for your contact info. This information is used to track who enters certain facilities and when. This curling season, we'll be using a super simple, digital contact tracing mechanism to help us keep track of who's at the Club.

By now, you should have received an email with a custom QR code. The code will come in an email from This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. and may have ended up in your spam folder. If you have not received your QR code, please contact the Club office.

This is your personal code and will be scanned upon each arrival at the Club. You can bring the code on your smartphone or print it out and keep it in your curling bag. Please follow these directions when you arrive at the Club:

  1. Proceed directly to the lounge where you can scan your QR code or enter your details manually on the provided Contact Tracing tablet;
  2. If you are playing with any spares, check in with Club staff in the office to report that you are not playing with your regular team;
  3. Proceed into the waiting area until it's time to go onto the ice;
  4. No need to check out, we have all the information we need!

It's that simple! No pens or paper... all done digitally! Your contact info is recorded and saved by Curl ON, who will help us with contact tracing if we need it. Please click here for a helpful document about the process.

If you have any questions about the Contact Tracing process, please contact the Club office. We look forward to seeing you soon and don't forget your code!
