The Oakville International Curlers' Gathering is returning to the OCC in September 2023! Registrations are now being accepted for this 32 team event. Entry fee is $600 (CDN) per team and includes 6 games in an open format with a Curler's Banquet on Saturday evening.
The Oakville Curling Club is a premier 8 sheet facility serving the Oakville community and a preferred spot for visiting professionals. The clubhouse has a large capacity elevated viewing area ensuring great views of every sheet. Enjoy an offering from one of many local breweries or choose from a complete beverage menu.
Oakville is conveniently located in Ontario's Golden Horseshoe, with Niagara Falls and wine country to the south and cosmopolitan Toronto to the east, and conveniently accessible by commuter train. The short distances to each offer great off-ice experiences. Toronto's Pearson International Airport is 25 minutes from Oakville.

Registration is online.

Cost:

$600 Cdn per 4 person team. Additional people may be added at a cost of $75 Cdn per person. There is no limit to the number of people per team.

Participation:
|
Players must be 19 years or older and any combination of male and female players.
Capacity is 32 teams.
|
|
Draw Format:
|
Two games each on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
All games are 6 ends win/tie/loss format.
|
|
Food:
|
Breakfast and lunch are served at the club at a nominal charge.
The Saturday evening Banquet and Party is included in the Registration.
|
|
Prizes:
|
Teams will be grouped into 8 sections based on the results of the first 3 games. The winners of each section will receive a prize.
There will also be a raffle table.

Oakville International Curlers Gathering - Individual Entry (OCC Members Only)
To participate in the Gathering, Oakville Curlers can sign up individually. The cost per Oakville Curler will be $100 and will include a minimum of 2 games and admission to the Kitchen Ceilidh. Individual Registration is limited to 48 Oakville Curlers.
