Our Curling Season is quickly approaching the final stages which means that it’s time to start looking ahead to next Season. It is an Olympic Year which will make things a bit more interesting.
It is also time to start thinking about our next Gathering , Gathering III which is coming up Sept 26 – 28, 2025.
In Gathering I and Gathering II , we have hosted teams from Scotland, Sweden, Norway, Switzerland, 10 US States and 5 Canadian Provinces.

For the Kitchen Ceilidh Dinner Dance on Friday night, Sept 26th, we have lined up an exciting Band called The British Invasion who will bring many Beatles and Rolling Stone favourites for us to enjoy at the party. Should be fun.
The Gathering III is also an opportunity for us at the Oakville Curling Club to showcase our world-class curling club to invite our curling friends from other Provinces or even other Countries to come and experience Curling in Oakville. We are still looking for a few more teams particularly from;
- Europe,
- Western Canada,
- The Maritimes, and
- Quebec
If you have curling friends who live in any of these areas, please feel free to invite them to enter a team.
